After weeks of hacking away, I can finally see it! There it is. The user interface of Seer Systems Reality showing its face on Windows 10! This is a major milestone for Reality. It’s coming back to life.Β Alas, Reality cannot make a sound yet, but we are not far away. Not far…
This is major excitement!
My Win98 machine is almost ready for the recycle center but before it finally bites the dust I’m going to go for some obscure out there Reality samples. I still have the Reality CD and I’d love to install it on my Windows 10 laptop sometime soon. Hope it happens!
Hi, itβs over a year later. Any progress here?
Im a reality user. If you can make it work on Win10, I will donate to your cause.
Please keep us updated on progress. Thank you!
Any updates on how this is coming along?
Well, i must have this. i bought “Reality” in 1999 and made some good compo with it.
Unfortunatly, the programmer never wented to hear from the VSTi standard and leave informatik for some cult or something like that. Shame…
so he abandonned this software and never gave away some source code.
Fortunatly, if you are someone who knows how to hack these old software to bering them to life , i am interested to know about future developpements.
if sounding, the goal is to have very low latency in Windows 7 / 10, or, better, implement it and embed into a VSTi 2 plugin interface. is it possible ? Well, even if not, this should be back possible to have it run into some laptop tiny PC, with tiny sound minijack cables… ( i ma laughfing about the “quality” claimed by the Seer programmer π claimed to be the most quality… well. EGO and spirituality is so much connected π !:D )
myself : No more of any spirityality, No more ego problem…. and doing music.

We are very close now folks! We are days away!
Am I correct in understanding that this will only be standalone, not VST?
Hi Tim,
The VST is still in the works, but the beta is available as standalone. Correct!
